What do your services cost?
Effectively, there is no cost for our services. We will perform the analysis, deliver recommendations, implement and manage your plan at no hourly or projected-based fee. Our income is derived entirely from receiving 50% of the savings we produce for your business over a period of time that is appropriate for your company. So the client realizes a 50% savings immediately and after the agreement expires the clients enjoys 100% savings forever.
How much work is involved for my staff?
Florida Waste Solutions does all the work. Our business exists to provide you a solution for managing this cost center. We perform the analysis, negotiation, and ongoing management of your waste services. Allowing the client to focus on their core competencies to grow their business.
Is Florida Waste Solutions a waste disposal management company?
No. Florida Waste Solutions is a full-scale waste consulting company that works with the waste and recycling industry vendors to provide your business with the right services to meet your specific needs and at the best price available. Our knowledge, experience, and leverage within the industry allow us to maintain the highest level of service and cost effectiveness for our clients.
How much can you save my company?
Although savings amounts vary based upon volume, number of locations, region, and factors unique to each situation, Florida Waste Solutions typically saves its clients 10-60% on waste disposal/management expenses.
We are currently under a contract with a waste hauler, can you still help save us money?
Yes. Almost every business using waste disposal/management service is under a service contract. Florida Waste Solutions works with the waste disposal/management vendors within the confines of your contract. In addition, we use our expertise to improve your business' position within current and future contracts.
What is the bottom line result I can expect from your cost reduction service?
You will realize savings from a line item in your P & L statement that you least expected and reduce your impact on the environment . If Florida Waste Solutions cannot produce savings for your company than you pay us nothing, and you get confirmation that your solid waste and recycling program is efficient and the price is competitive. The client has everything to gain and nothing to lose since all the risk is on Florida Waste Solutions.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Once you sign our agreement we will need the vendor(s) service agreement(s) for the current waste hauler and/or recycling vendors and up to 12 months of invoices for each location involved in the agreement. Again, it can be one location to hundreds of locations across multiple states. We work with companies of all sizes.
